a distribution transformer(3 phase)supplying 440volt per
phase.now suppose one of phase voltage(230volt) becomes
zero.what will be the cause ?

If other 2 phases are OK ,it may be due to open circuit in
that phase.If other 2 phases show 50% ,it may be due to one
phase missing in the primary of substation power transformer

if 1 phase open the unbalance current is flow through
neutral , so its exit the setting bkr trip .if there no
load you got 230v only in phase to open phase
