the charcoal and salt are added in the earthing pit to simply increase the conductivity or in otherwords to reduce the resistance of the earth..this will give reliable earthing...

we that charcoal powder is a carbon content substance it act
as a semiconductor and salt is soluble in water , earth bit
after finishing time we put water required, now salt is
connected the earth electrode and char coal powder and
ground so we use them

charcoal makes to carry the moisture content and salt to produce the HYDRONIUM ions so both are added alternate way in the earth pits

instead of neutral can we use earth/ground to flow the current in the circuit
We have two Al.busbars each of size 125mm*10 mm connected in parallel.To increase the current rating ,can we connect third busbar of size 100mm*10mm in parallel to existing two busbars?In my opinion ,if we connect busbars of different sizes in parallel,then the busbar of lowest size will take much current.So this type of paralleling should be avoided .Am I correct?
when an induction motor runs on load.at that time if we reduce the supply voltage the current increases.But when it runs without load,if we reduce the supply voltage the current also reduced.why?.i checked it practically also.
