neutral and earthing both are grounding but
individually,both grounding should not be mixed any where
because earthing used for short circuit current from
installed machine to ground for protecting leaving beings or
machine but neutral is used for returning cable/for complete
any circuit.

Both Neutral and grounding are earthed.But neutral should
not be used for groundig , as phase and neutral wires may
get interchanged and neutral wire may carry leakage voltage
due to loose joint
