Of course I think the HR department should be internal as,
b'coz its department which the first contact point to
companies employee and the managment. As the it's an
important deaprtment it cannot be outsource to the other
party. As the self employeed HR of the company, can
understand the company noms verywell as copared to other.

HR dept is such a dept that even company is getting closed
or some other company is taking over, the HR dept will be
stable..only employees can be hired in addition but
outsourcing HR is only useful to provide information..So
every company has to have their own internal HR dept.

expectations i feel interest in intaracting with people and
also i think am having that ability to recriut the right
