Concrete is composed of cement and other cementitious materials such as fly ash and slag cement, coarse aggregate made of crushed stone, fine aggregate such as sand, water, and chemical admixtures. In reinforced concrete, steel is introduced in to the concrete. In plain concrete, no steel reinforcement is introduced. Generally tensile and compressive strength is taken by reinforced concrete and only compressive strength is taken by plain concrete

PCC:Plain cement concrete.pcc is strong in compression and weak in tension.it consisty of water, cement ,coarse aggregate,
and fine aggregate.
RCC:Reinforced cement concrete.it can resist tensile stresses
it consist of water ,steel, cement , coarse aggregate, and fine aggregate.the percentage of steel is assumed for differrent components.for slabs=1% of concrete volume.Beams=2% of conccrete volume.Columns=2.5% of concrete volume.RCC Roads=.6% of total volume

PCC Stands for plain concrete cement whereas RCC stands for
reinforced cement concrete. The another different between
is that PCC have no steal bar in it.....however RCC have
steal bar for good tensile strength.
