We can not identified what is the direction of power flow
in transmission line by after looking the tower because
tower and line from incomer and outgoing both are similar
it's not idendical.

if u have single phase load (un balance) and the main power cable is 3.5core means netural is .5 of phase and can the three phase current make the return paht in .5 neutral.
