I donĀ“t know. Nobody knows.
The current flow depends the voltage and the impedance of
the circuit, according the Ohm law.
If the impedance is infinite (open circuit) there is no current.
If the impedance are equal for both lines then in accordance
with Ohm law the 110kV line will have the greater current flow.

path. Assume any particular value say Z for impedence,then
