THERE WILL BE ONE NUTRAL WHEN SUPPLY COME OUT FROM
SUBSTATION THEN WE USE ONE PHASE AND NUTRAL FOR SINGLE
PHASE .

we can add a neutral line with 3 phase supply (4 wire
system), then supply either single or three phase.

A neutral will be required.
A single phase and neutral can be used leaving the other 2
phases unused.Or the single phase loads be connected
between each of the separate phases and the common neutral.
The single phase loads can be balanced across the 3 phases
in this way.
