For 6.6 KV Motor's VCB haves inbuilt interlock that if you
try to rack out VCB it will trip VCB and naturally trip
Motors. IS/IEC will not permit omit this intelock.
In Case if interlock not working, It will produce arching
and Noise at point of disconnection of contact.

there is a mechanical lock which inhibits breaker to
rackout in case of breaker close. so you cannot rackout
braker in close position.
