AC stands for alternating current. It has frequency in it.It
flows in single, dual or 3 phase as per requirement. Thus it
has phase and neutral i.e return...also it has pulses and
follows sine graph.
Where as DC stands for Direct Current. It has zero frequency
and has one positive and one negative.Infact Dc is much
powerful than AC.

a pressure transmitter with a range of 0 to 2500kpag has a specified accuracy of 0.5 % of span.It is to be calibrated using a comparison gauge to have an accuracy of 0.1% of span. The comparison gauge has a range of 0 to 3000kpag What is the accuracy ratio? is this ratio acceptable?
During valve sizing from all calculation you got flow coefficient CV 12,than what it means? like for selecting pressure transmitter if your MAWP is 12 bar than you select a capsule of max. 20 bar which cover your mawp 12 in same way for selecting control valve If CV is 12 than how we use it in selecting valve??????

I have a steam flow DP transmitter that has output swinging. Steam valve is in manual.I have good steam pressure. The impulse lines have steam tracing on them. The steam tracing has a hole in it that is blowing raw steam on the high side impulse line only. Could this be causing the swinging?
