aoa, we have to apply online. i also face the same problem
what ur describing. you should use the computer when there
is less load like before 9 am. at this time u will not face
this problem.

i m facing problem in applying..
i m unable to creat new application form..
when i creat personal information n proceed,nothing
happened,only my date of birth is shown on the blank page...
i m unable to understand what does it mean n how to
proceed???
