Micro controller input pin voltage is max 5v. If i want
give 50 0r 100v input pin. whether is it possible

No it is not possible to provide input 50-100V because it
exceed its limit and internal circuit cannot bear such high
voltage as they are design according to 5v. So, the result
will be damaged IC .
