* forces the marketing personnel to look internally in
order to fully understand the results of past marketing

individual and group obtain what they need and want through
exchenging and creating value with others,
marketing plan is a process through witch the manufacturer
can understand the need of the customer,so overall
markating is a link between manufacturer and customer
