I am in search of PLC with Scan time less than 5ms with
around IO's. Normally i feel its around 30ms. Can any one
suggest?

for 1 ms i/o scaning you have to selected the soe(Sequence
of event) type card. which is avialable in Schneider
Quantam series. & is you looking for 2- 5 ms i/o scaning
per channel than you can go for Schneider M-340 (Merino
Series) or ABB AC 500 Series.
