Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. It would be great if someone suggest me about the background verification for the H1 Visa. Thanks :-)

My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. What could be the H1B status, even after I receive my L1B visa. Will have H1B petition valid, and so I can go for interview whenever I wish ? Please let me know ASAP.

Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
