Hello All,
Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate
although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had
applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think
they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the
consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a
fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL
PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him
with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned
in passport. Now my question is:
1. can he apply in future for USA again.
2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it
is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP

im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.
I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO also held my original Educational documents with him. Will this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
