What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.
im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.

I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.
