Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ? Hi Guys Situation :- I am working in a Company X , and applied for H1 from a different company Y , and good part is that i have got through the H1, means i got the H1 visa stamped and it is valid till 2011 , Now my company X wants me to apply for B1 , so will the new applied B1 will effect the H1 ? Will the US consulate cancel the H1 to give the B1 ? As i am planning to go to US @ the End of this year i can leave the current employer , who is asking me to apply for B1 , Please reply !!
