other charger .......... that is it working ? if , working
is it delivering the required supply which is needed by the
battery to charge properly ?

you have to check the voltage at the output of the
charger.. the voltage should match with battery voltage..
place one knob inside the center hole of the output point
and another one touching the outside pin area..

If you are not getting voltage from your charger means it may wire problem. Open the charger and check the voltage in output side. Where the wires are connected. Voltage should be with in 3.7v to 5v. Then your charger is good.
