what is circuit recombiner and how it is different from circuit breaker..

Answer / Abid Hussain

A circuit recombiner is a device used in three-phase power systems to combine two or more lines of the system. It allows currents in different phases to be redistributed among each other to minimize harmonic distortion. A circuit breaker, on the other hand, is a protective device that can detect faults and interrupt the electrical current flow in case of an overcurrent or short-circuit condition. Unlike a recombiner, a circuit breaker does not typically redistribute current but isolates the faulty section.
