My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for
interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for
revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for
immigration. I have not received any letters yet
concerning this. I have tried calling but canot get any
person on the line. What do we do now?

Dear Friend,
I am going thur the same thing.But don't give up.
They are doing this hoping that you would get
a divorce.Get a lawyer....If possible tell Congress about
this.That is what I am doing.Did they stamp denial in
your husband visa.Because that is what I was told they have
to do.Don't give up on your Husband!!!Keep on fighting!!

I am on social security disability in the US. Will a K3 Visa be approved to bring my wife to the US? My social security income is above the income requirements for myself and my wife and I would not need the I-864.
