Why did you not come with your husband for the interview?

His vacation is scheduled two more months from the
interview date.So,it was impossible for him to come on my
interview day.

My husband and I have been married (court Marriage) for almost 2 years, we were studying when we got married so didn't have a grand wedding. After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?
