I am on social security disability in the US. Will a K3 Visa be approved to bring
my wife to the US? My social security income is above the income requirements
for myself and my wife and I would not need the I-864.
Answer /
You have to file the I-864 and its supporting documents no
matter what. It would also be a good idea to get a
co-sponsor. There have been cases where the petitioner has
had two sponsors, but because they were still denied because
there were doubts about the ability to support the
immigrant. Good luck!
