I am very passionate about what i do, i like to take up
task, plan how to accomplish it, find right people,and make
sure all of us succeed together,while constantly meeting
the challenges head on and using the synergy of the group
to look for creative solutions to achieve our goals

how would you describe your work style..

Answer / baldev vij

In morning , i always write all the points which i ve to
accomplished that day or a week . Top 3 points are most
important & keep 4th & 5th points for my boss & 6th for any
other dotted /others functional boss . from 7th , you can
put your remaining work . Always try to compleate the job 1
hour before & analyse the same then send / present to boss.
Screw people professional & Care them personally.

desirable output. I also believe in completing work as per
the standards set.
