there are 3 important things in order to complete a contract
offer-offer means signifying your accent to the other
person and invite him to enter the contract with you.offer
can be made to specific person or to the general public as
well.
acceptance-when the other party agrees and understand your
accent and ready to enter into the contract with you,is
called acceptance. it should be in knowladge(communicated)
of the first party that you are ready to enter the cotract)

considration-when a contract is entered between two
parties, it requires each party to complete there part of
considration.
