In XI 3.1 -> WEBI -> Rightclick -> Format Table ->
Alternate RowColor -> Select the Color

you just give bgcolor for each row ie in <td>
Eg :
<td bgcolor ='blue'><input type=text

<td bgcolor='red'></td>
