in my office to access data fast i replaced 8 port hub with
8 port dlink switch my network connectivity is gone
all the led keep blinking do you i have to change cabeling
or change the switch

It depends on the way the cabling has been done. You should
check the RJ45 connectors for Full Duplex CAT5 connectivity.

May be simply re crimping properly will solve your problem.
The cost can be of RJ45 connectors only to be changed on
both ends

You should check the cable that again wrongly connect to switch(loop connection)example: same switch both port connected
