External Cutomer are those who are outsiders of the company
for example Creditors, Debenture holders, etc.
Internal Cutomer are those who are within our
orgainsation/department, FOR example : For Research and
Deveploment department internal cutomer may be marketing
department or sales department.

exmple employess..these are the customers directly related
t o campanies activites and these people strive for
achiveng the objectives of the organization..
where as

External customers means persons who are indiretly to the
comapines for example customer or consumer who buy poducts
or services.and these people are importent n cause for
profitmaking..
