web tier contains the webserver,it has some
cateways.Application tier contains the cognos server,it has
content manager&dispather.Data tier contains the databse
server,it has content store&data source information.

i have 4 countries in my database as USA, UK, INDIA, CHANA. In value prompt's prompt control list, i want WESTERN_COUNTRIES, ASIAN_COUNTRIES instead of those country names.
