by comparing expected with actual value we analyse a bug

when the expected and actual behaviours are mismatch then
we analyse the bug.


for ex. we r adding the 2 no's 2,2 expected value is 4 but
we got actual value is 5 that cases we got bug.

can any body tell me vat is the status of the bug when it is going for retesting and where we write the bugs in case of retesting
