Do not tell what u did not do. Explain in clear terms and
using all the technical words all the responsibilities you
had in your prev company. If you faced any compications ,
how you overcame them etc. If you are in lead position then
explain to them how you effectively managed your resources
and things like that. If you had done anythin technical
extra apart from project responsibilites, you can add that
as well.
