It seems Interview questions from Ordain Solutions are almost BASIC LEVEL-Easy. I am asking one tough question..(I think.. May be easy for some people) In recorded script the - WebLink("cityinfo") In reality, the WebLink name is "generalinfo" How you can write function to click that changed web link. NOTE: This functin should work with any Dynamic text link. I will post the answer later.

Hi friend I have query regarding QTP datatable. I want to insert data in datatable during runtime. suppose i wrote datatble.value(1) = "Test data" so when i run the script it says column(1) doesn't exist. Then i write something in column A1 manualy and run the script again. Now it works fine. Pls clarify how i can put value in blank cell of datatable.

Browser("Las Vegas Hotels - Las").Page("Vegas Hotels - Hotels").Link("Luxor") ......here Luxor is a hotel and this is recognised as a link. I have many hotels like Luxor, Palms etc which are all displayed as link...How do I parametrize this by using webtable functions??? ASAP

i have a doubt can anyone tell me where are scripts stored while using QTP.Tell me the exact procedure takes place in real time?like how we call scripts how to proceed after writing scripts?how scripts are executed etc?i heard some use Qc whether others dont use.so tell me whole procedure for both the things it will be a very big help.as i have interview i want to have whole idea on this.its very urgent.
