completing my MS in Computer Science I would be able to

Hi frnds I got admission from US university but my Toefl score expired.... Now I took toefl exam again but this time I got 60 which is less.... Now wat I have to do?? I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview.
