The US educational system is considered as one of the best
educational system in world today.Besides technologically
there is no other developed as US today.Therefore while
completing my MS in Computer Science I would be able to
learn new & advanced technologies which are not present
back in India.

what was the reason for your rejecting last time?
Are immigrant parents (got green card just 6 months before) going to have negative impact in getting F1 visa when all other things are very good? (good undergrad result, test scores, very high ranked university I-20 with TA, strong financial strength in home country..)

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
