If I got selected in your organization firstly I do the learning about you likewise what happens in your organization, who is the customers, people, employee, strategy of the company and the main is product and service. After the knowledge of this I make plan how to improve the organisation and what is lack of area in company. Then implement it and seek for the result what effect and then party harder

if i m selected i will apply all the technique by which the
employee would give good results in the success of a company
e.g. i will promote employee to work hard n get gud results
for him/her n help them where they hav any problem in her/his
work...etc..
