sincere suggestion for that kindda q's is:
Speaking Honestly isd during the initial days of graduation
wherein my mind was not matured enough to directly get
into the mood of "study hard as soon as i joined the coll.
later on i worked hard frm 2nd/3rd (whatever)as a result i
am out with my degree in my hands now.(believe me this
really works)

You can simply say that you have some personal commitments/
work to complete so I had a back log ?.but if he asks any
proof you have to prove /convince him.

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Hi, I am Gulshan... I had appeared for interview twice and going to apply for third time. I have done BCA in 2004 and since 2004 i am in working with leading finace company. I have applied for MBA. I have not given any ILETS or GMAT exam. First time the consulate asked me for my GMAT score and i was unable to give any answer. but the second time the interview was very quite imperessive. i havd given every answer to their questions but again they refused. I dont know the reason for second time. Kindly suggest me, is there any possiblities to get visa in third time?

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
