Hi,
My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US
CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her
3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her
that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply
for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed
to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply
in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009).

I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made 4 mistaken. All i want to ask are.. 1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong? 2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it mistake? 3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?
This question is regarding documents for funds. I got documents for EPF but the problem is its in the electronic form which can be printed i.e. no bank or any EPF official would be attesting or certifying it. Is it okay if I get this electronically generated EPF printouts ATTESTED BY A NOTARY or a Gazzetted Officer Please do reply ASAP.
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. hello, i ent for an interview last week here in the Gambia, i got a good results and a strong bank statement and yet i was rejected. Cansular said i don have strong ties and that if i go to the U.S i would not come back. now my question is: what can i show or say to them in order to overcome my rufusal under ties.
Three years back my friend's brother had attended visa interview. Eventhough his all documents were perfect than they wat to be, VO didnt gave visa to him. He told that VOs just reject visa to get more money for visa office as it costs more than 100$ each time to register for interview. Again he applied with the same documents but he got visa....is it true....they just reject visa for the purpose he told........pls give me a genuine answer.....
