PLZ HELP ME..hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...
My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips
Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.
Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? Secondly in what way I can show my gold?Means is it self attested? Plz guide me. Regards & Thanks,

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice?
