I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. hi...this is mahe from hyd .i completd my bachelors of physiotherapy in 2009 WITH 65%,.i have 8 backlogs ,and igot I20 IN MBA HEALTH CARE MANGMT from liu,my toefl score is92 ,gre below 700.still now i didnt book my visa slot.due TO fear of backlogs,LOW GRE SCORE AND I CHOOSED MBA,,,,,,PLZ TELL ME HOW CAN I CONVINSED OFFICER ABOUT MY BACKLOGS,GRE AND MBA(bcoz my degree is pure science background) .....THANKU PLZ PLZ PLZ its urgent my intake is in spring 2011
Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008. hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
