What is ionospheric bending?
Answer / Sakshi Gupta
Ionospheric Bending, also known as the Ducted Mode Propagation, occurs when radio waves travel along the Earth-ionosphere waveguide. This happens due to the refraction of radio signals by the ionosphere, which can cause the signal to follow a curved path and extend the range of VHF and UHF radio transmissions.
