Temperature has a significant impact on extrinsic semiconductors. An increase in temperature can cause an increase in conduction due to the increased motion of charge carriers, which makes it easier for them to move through the material. This is known as thermal agitation. However, at very high temperatures, some impurities may combine with each other or recombine with the semiconductor material, reducing the number of free charge carriers and decreasing conductivity.

an oscillator is associated with an basic amplifier for producing oscillations,for production of oscillations the amplifier needs some input voltage but under the oscillation condition the input voltage is zero,why?
