What happens to the series current , load current and zener current when the dc input voltage of a zener regulator increases?
Answer / Narendra Kashyap
Increasing the DC input voltage of a Zener regulator maintains the Zener voltage across the Zener diode. As a result, the series current (I_s) increases, the load current (I_L) remains constant, and the Zener current (I_Z) also increases to maintain the Zener voltage.
