Good Reasons are

2)Verification and validating the product/application before
it goes live in the market.

4)Testing will meets the customer requirement
5)Testing make s/w more reliable & efficient

Althouh software testing is itself an expensive activity, yet
launching of software without testing may lead to cost
potentially much higher than that of testing, specially in
systems where human safety is involved.
Three main reasons for testing are:
1.Testing strategy provides a framework,which is essential
for the success of the project.
2.Finding out the error and bugs present in the project.
3.In the software life cycle the earlier the errors are
discovered and removed, the lower is the cost of their removal.
