No,as per as part of Testing team v cant make test cases
from BRS only.
From BRS, V can prepare Use cases but not Test cases

NO WE CANNOT prepare test cases directly from BRS. business
analyst prepares BRS that is a high level language which we
cannot undastand. he converts that into a low level
language that is USECASES from that only we will develop
the test cases.

No,We cant prepare test cases from BRS,BA's can prepare
usecase from BRS,we can prepare test case from SRS and FRS.

BA prepares FRS from BRS,
They also prepares Use cases from FRS If the product is
very huge
Else if the product is not that huge
we can prepare test scenarios from the FRS itself
Which then follows testcases
