In a previous project, there was a disagreement between team members about the best approach to solve a particular issue. To arrive at a compromise, I facilitated a discussion where everyone expressed their ideas and concerns. We then identified common ground and developed a solution that incorporated elements from both initial proposals. This resulted in a successful outcome for the project.
