What is Moore's law and what limits the size of a computer chip?
Answer / Akanksha Chauhan
Moore's Law, coined by Gordon Moore in 1965, states that the number of transistors per square inch on integrated circuits doubles approximately every two years. The limitation of this law comes from physical constraints, such as heat dissipation, power consumption, and quantum mechanical effects like tunneling, which limit the miniaturization of transistors.
