What are the characteristics that keep solid and fluid different?
Answer / Kundan Bansal
Solids have a fixed shape and do not flow, while fluids (liquids and gases) can change their shape to fill a container and flow freely. Solids also have elasticity, which means they can deform under pressure but return to their original shape when the pressure is removed, whereas fluids generally maintain their shape until acted upon by an external force.
