Answer / adiubar

Open report studio >> add data item in the sequence EMP name , Emp Number , salary >> sort the salary column in descending order
Go to query explorer >> drag a data item from the toolbox >> open the data item you have created and use rank function on salary
i.e. Rank(salary)
Now add a detailed filter value [Data Item1] <= 20 and run the report .
