what is differences between 3 way manifold transmitter and 5 way manifold transmitter?

3 & 5 way manifold are mounding arrangement for transmitter in case of 3 way manifold we are not having vent arrangement but in 5 way manifold we have , we generally go for 5 way manifold because it becomes easy to do purging of transmitter and check its functioning of zero , There are two vent valve 1 equalizing valve and 2 block valve in case of 3 way manifold we dont have provision for test connection.
