Reasons:- 1) Pressure switch (Instrument)may not be working or setting not done.
2)Their may be continuous consumption of Compressed air.

3)Leakages in the Air lines at utility side.

Unloader Piston May Be Stuck or ' o' ring damaged condition and unloading solenoid power supply malfunctioning,pressure switch diaphragm may be leakage,moisture in air filter before solenoid, air compressor not buildup air pressure due to excess clearance in piston piston ring, and bumping clearance, belt tightness, suction air filter choke condition . above failure for reciprocating air compressor.
