how can I calculate daya of pump
Answer / Kumar Saurabh Pratap
The power (P) of a pump is calculated using the formula P = H * Q * ρ * g, where H is the head in meters, Q is the flow rate in cubic meters per second (m^3/s), ρ is the fluid density in kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m^3) and g is the acceleration due to gravity (9.81 m/s^2). You can find the head by measuring the difference in water level before and after the pump, and converting it to meters. The flow rate can be measured using a flow meter or calculated based on pipe dimensions and fluid properties.
